Lettings Service & Sales

Lettings Service

TVO provides a full letting service for your property once completed. Regarding “new-built” properties, TVO begins advertising the property development prior to completion of the property to generate interest in the subject property. We will then co-ordinate viewings in order to achieve an expedited rental of the property.

Our Letting Service includes:

• Advice and guidance on an achievable rental income in the market
• Placement of advertising & listing on professional real estate websites & servers within the relevant local market
• Organization of property visits with potential tenants
• Negotiation with potential tenants
• Collecting the executed authorization document from the Client prior to the conclusion of a Residential Lease Contract
• Creating the terms of Lease Contracts
• Ensure collection of a minimum one-month security deposit which will be held by TVO Europe (this may vary depending on regional standards and regulations)
• Providing the client with rental updates every fortnight for a vacant property or properties
