Accountancy and Legal Services

Accountancy

A critical part of the property investment process is the filing of your annual tax returns in the relevant local region. A key element of TVO’s Property Management Service is the collection and accumulation of all documents relating to your investment, including all contracts associated with the subject purchase. Once TVO has filed your initial tax return, TVO will archive your documents for subsequent years.

In the last quarter of the tax year, TVO Europe will contact all clients that have (or will have) completed their purchase during the year and offer them TVO’s accountancy tax return service for individuals and companies. Your accountancy documents will be available to view at any time upon advance notice.

Insurance

TVO offers a comprehensive selection of insurance packages through its preferred provider in order to take care of all aspects of your property investment. TVO’s Household Insurance Policy protects your property in the event of damage by natural events or theft, and further includes complete contents insurance. In addition, TVO can arrange Property Insurance to cover the building in which your unit is situated. TVO advisors can help to explain which parts of your property need to be covered by the respective insurance policies.

If you have financed your property using a mortgage, then you will be required to have an insurance policy as a prerequisite. However, should you have used another method of financing, or simply need to renew an existing policy, TVO can offer you a full range of insurance products to suit your individual needs.
